Easy and Delicious Spaghetti Salad Recipe

    Spaghetti salad
    Ingredients:
    2 lb box of spaghetti
    2 16 oz bottles of Zesty Italian dressing.
    1 large red bell pepper sliced in strips
    1 purple Onion sliced in strips
    2 peeled cucumbers ,cut in half lengthwise and cubed
    1 pint of cherry or grape tomatoes sliced in half
    8 oz of cubed mozzarella cheese
    1 can of small pitted black olives
    1tablespoon of salt
    2 tablespoons of salad supreme
    6 oz of sliced pepperoni whole or cut in half to your preference.
    Place 5 quarts of hot water in a deep pot add your salt and cover until water reaches a rolling boil. Once your water is boiling cook your pasta as per instructions on the box do not cover your pasta. I start timing the pasta once it is back to the rolling boil after you have put in the noodles and cook for about 9 minutes until your pasta is Al dente which means it is still slightly firm and ideal for salads.
    Drain your noodles into a colander and set aside until you are ready to assemble your salad. You will most likely only be using about 1 1/2 lb of the noodles. It is up to you if you want to add more noodles, but I generally store the rest of my noodles in a Ziploc bag in the freezer and use for another dish.
    While your noodles are boiling you can start cutting up all your veggies and placing them in a big bowl.
    Once your noodles have cooled down a bit in a very large bowl place your noodles, shake and add one bottle of dressing and add half of the vegetables and toss. Add one tablespoon of your seasoned salt and toss then add the rest of your veggies, cheese pepperoni and toss well add other bottle of dressing and salad supreme and toss until veggies are well incorporated. A pasta serving fork is ideal for this.
    Refrigerate pasta at least 4 hours or overnight. I like to make mine a day in advance and store the pasta in a 2 gallon Ziploc storage bag in the refrigerator and every so often I go and turn the bag so the marinade can be distributed evenly.
    Ps. This is a very delicious pasta salad which I prepared for a lady's event, it was very well received, everyone loved it and most had seconds!
