I love love love your recipe and ideas!! We do something similar and we also add the Dona Maria and it’s a perfect balance of flavors. We don’t like our mole so sweet like candy either. Mole has always been, and still is, my favorite comfort food since childhood! 🥹🫶🏽

Make it this way! I don’t like mine sweet either the secret is to use New Mexico chile pods make sure it’s on the red bag
Also, chocolate and cayenne or other chile powders go well together so you could add more spice without compromising the sauce too much.
I like it sweet, should i add more chocolate? Or peanut butter? Or both? Or quit messin with the recipe?🤪

I like mole with pickled onions, rice and tostadas. Its interesting to see your variation on mole.
We eat ours with rice then add the mole on top of the rice with frijoles and fresh flour tortillas
