I didn't know you had horses, thats really cool. There's 5 horses in a field near our place and sometimes we feed them. Hope you're surviving the heat wave. The Goonies steelbook looked really nice. The Horror section was cool. I really like that Lost Boys slipcover that was on the shelf, when you showed the Amityville set. I love Cobra Kai.
Hi Tony, beautiful views there mate, The Unbearable Weight Of Massive Talent is a fun film, Ambulance is probably about 20 too long and the camera work is annoying at times. Nice pick up too mate, The Vanishing is a very good film, the actual story on which it’s based is very creepy (more so than the film itself) nice one mate, take care👍😀👍
Good pickups, I wasn't too keen on under the silver Lake, not my cup of tea.... The guardian trades in for a fiver in cex I picked up a load from my local hmv

I actually thought Final Destination 5 was one of the better films in the series, the gymnasts' death is one of the best! 😬 Vanishing was pretty decent, it's based on a mysterious true event, I always find those intriguing. Hope you like it! 👍🏻
Just wondering how you seem to get great pick ups from CEX on various occasions and I have just been in the Bedford branch which is relatively big and it didn't have one arrow or 4k blu ray on its 2 massive shelves! 🤷🏻🤯
Switchblade Sisters is a superb film and a particular favourite of mine so I’m pleased you picked it up in the end. Definitely pick up The Proposition too as it’s a fantastic package for a superb film. I’d also recommend The Rover with Guy Pierce and Robert Pattinson which flew under the radar for a lot of people but, again, is well worth picking up. Under The Silver Lake was a film that divided audiences and I recall Mark Kermode loathed it but I found it suitably intriguing, nicely shot and the soundtrack was really awesome. Plus Andrew Garfield is great and I ended up preferring it to It Follows. I also noticed Romeo Is Bleeding on the shelves which is a flawed but rather fantastic little gem with a superb Gary Oldman and a so sexy it hurts Lena Olin as a deliciously OTT femme fatale. I’d also recommend The Appointment from BFI Flipside which comes out tomorrow but due to a problem with the invoice I’ve two copies on the way so if you hold out and fancy a freebie then I’ll let you know when it arrives and send you one of the copies! Hope you’re well anyway and coping with the heat. Look after yourselves these next few days and I hope the horses don’t overheat!
