    I used to go to the airport with my dad and listening the the 727s take off, they would shake the ground. Loved that!

    Ex FedEx Boeing 727-22
    Originally delivered to United Airlines in 1967.
    FedEx in 1987.
    It was donated to a Community College by FedEx.
    Generous donation

    She is the best lookin' commercial jet ever made...she is loud and smokes...not how I like my women, but I love this one!

    That ex-FedEx 727 has defnintely seen better days, and it's a -100. Hopefully it's in some technical school somewhere.

      Donated by FedEx to a Community College in 04..
      It's a shorter Boeing 727-22 and was originally delivered to United airlines in January 1967
      FedEx acquired in 87.
      Note oval #2 scoop is oval shaped.
      Circular on 727 stretched 200 series
      N149FE registration number is now used on a FedEx BOEING 767 300F

    They would be burning about 15% less fuel if this was a CF34-8.
