The Fern pamphlet makes me want to buy the perfume as it sounds almost magical - lovely! I wish you were my neighbour as I would buy the lattice fencing off of you lol. The deer like to eat everything in my garden.
Caffeine coffee does the opposite for me (mostly). It calms my anxiety. My previous Dr said that makes sense, for some people they need to excess in order for their brain to reset. I can still get jittery, so I usually have only one big cup in the morning. None after noon.
I love your red tabard! The library looks lovely; what a view! In the US we have coworking spaces if you're looking to mix things up workwise. I switched to decaf permanently. Regular coffee gives me the jitters and anxiety. Also, it raises your cortisol levels which can slow down metabolism. Decaf tastes the same as regular to me so it's not worth it. This was such a lovely, relaxing vlog. Thank you!
Jamie beck is an amazing American photographer who moved to Provence with her husband and her wee daughter was born there. She’s amazing and needs to be checked out if you’ve not. Her work is beyond stunning. It’s like still life images so well taken they feel like ancient oil paintings…❤❤❤❤

I checked the perfume you mentioned because I was interested, however they don't mention the fact that they don't test on animals (usually perfumes are tested on rabbits) and that they are vegan...did they give you this info by any chance?
