I’d just like to point out to everyone that one of Hailey’s legs is actually shorter than the other. So the fact that she actually has a disadvantage but doesn’t let that stop her, and she just pushes herself to go even harder…..that’s dedication, because not every athlete does that. Some of them might get accommodations for anything like that, or try to work around that without going too hard….but it seems like Hailey just does what she needs to do, she actually does go hard, and she makes it look so easy.
Loving her shot line! Automatic! My issue with it is that she’s got to raise her release point from at her left shoulder to at her eye or even above her head! Would be nice to have a defender with a broom come at her( have broom half way raised so that HVL would raise her release point to above her head ). An example of an alpha-female basketball release point is Aja Wilson. Aja Wilson releases the ball from above her head and it’s automatic. Doing that would put HVL closer to Caitlin Clark in shooting, especially catch and shoot! Hailey Van Lith at 5’7 MUST do this to raise her draft value in wnba and overseas!
Great eurostep and step-throughs in the paint! I’d like to see more off-hand (right hand) lay-ups in the paint for defensive specialist opponents who want to shut down her left hand, though!

wheres the video jordan lawley made a few days ago making excuses for why hailey was so awful this year?? did he take it down after realizing how off brand it was? cuz i cant find it anywhere. anyways.....hailey has spent waaaaaaaay too much time working on shot making. thats her problem. she thinks shes a bucket, she thinks she mamba mentality. She should have spent more time working on the intangibles. Like defense, playmaking, facilitating, rebounding, good shot vs bad shot. You know.....point gaurd skills. In the video im talking about jordan said hailey was a great 3 point shooter which is a flat out lie. That girl has never shot anywhere near 40 percent from 3 her entire career. Like not even close. and her overall field goal percentage is ugly too. Ultimately kim shouldn't have brought her in to LSU. Bad fit. they needed a tough point gaurd who knows how to do the little things, hailey is volume shooting inefficient combo gaurd.
