Funny enough, in comics Thanos hates Deadpool with passion because they share love interest (which is Death herself)
And she only likes Deadpool so Thanos cursed him with immortality to keep them apart and wanting the stones to snap half of existence to try to get her attention
I love the fact that Deadpool technicallly cucked the fuck out of Thanos without even really trying.

@@kanukki84The reason why it is funny ios because because of legalities no one can appear in a movie for no pay, but they would not pay someone like Bradd Pitt to just be a blink and you miss it scene, so Ryan went to Bradd to talk and Brad said that he would love to cameo because his kids loved the first movie, after talking he agreed and accepted the pay to be just a cup of coffee (alledgedly of a store down the street).
Extra fact if I am not wrong Bradd is one of the most expensive actors to have in your movie so the fact they got him for just a coffee makes it even better.
Does Brad paid Rayn too in coffee for a cameo in another thing?

It's a little funny that all the Deadpool 2 reactors seem to pick up on Brad's split second cameo but completely miss Matt and Alan's cameos even though they have actual speaking lines. Almost like the reactors are all going off the same playbook.

I was so mad before this movie released. All the new characters, trying to setup X-Force just seemed like another extended universe setup that would make the movie worse....and then they killed them all. They got me...definitely got me
The funny thing is that the X-Force is an actual thing in the Marvel universe. It consists of: Beast, Wolverine, Black Tom Cassidy, Deadpool, Domino, Kid Omega, Marvel Girl, Omega Red, and Sage.
That was the best, I loved that they marketed the X-Force as part of the movie, gave the team their own ad spot. And the ad was basically the entire extent of them in the movie.

If you remember from the first Deadpool movie, Wade told the guys at the mutating facility “don’t make the super suit green or ANIMATED!” That was a reference to Ryan having and CG animated costume.
I was lucky enough to work on Deadpool 2, I was one of the orderlies in the scenes at the 'school'. It was an amazing 6 days of work and all the cast members I met were amazing. I am glad you are enjoying these Ryan Reynolds movies so much.

@@pnut3844able I worked with Julian (Firefist) and Eddie Marsan (headmaster) almost every day I worked as I was a guard/orderly, I talked with Ryan one day and Zazie (Domino) another day as we were waiting to set up for the bus evacuation scene.

The One Eye Willie is a reference to Goonies which Josh Brolin ( Cable ) stars in.
In the scene with the baby legs, Wade is wearing the same design shirt as Chunk, also a main character in the Goonies.
Josh Brolin is the actor behind Thanos, Ryan Reynolds also plays The Juggernaut in this movie.
Also, it's funny he asked if Cable was from the DC universe, 'cause he played Jonah Hex. While I do not like the Jonah Hex movie, Josh Brolin was perfectly cast in the role. Just wish they didn't give him necromancy powers or copy the plot to Will Smith's Wild Wild West.

To be honest, I think at this point far more people joke about hating Green Lantern than who actually hated it. It wasn't great, but it's nowhere near as bad as the jokes make it out to be. And Ryan definitely doesn't regret doing it, because that's where he met Blake.

Cable is the son of Cyclops and Jean Greys clone from an alternate future, he’s a telepathic mutant on par with Jean Grey but he got infected with a techno organic virus that’s turning his body into a machine (hence the metal arm) he’s able to keep the virus from killing him with his telekinetic powers and sort of got a second super power from it

Juggernaut was replacement for Rhino as they did not have rights to Rhino, but Juggernaut is in the mutant series, so they could use him.
Juggie is way too OP, even without his impenetrable forcefield he would be way too OP for all of them at once anyway....Juggie is up there among the most powerful entities in all of marvel universe....his weakness is magic as his helmet protect against his second weakness, which is telepathy, like how Juggernaut mentioned professor Xavier in this movie

In Deadpool-3 After the End credit scene from when Wade Time Travels TVA Arrests Deadpool... and that's how he comes to the MCU . They are not Touching The Wolverine Death from Logan where he died in 2029 so it's all Before that with Variants... and Mobius is also there in DP-3...

omg... LMMFAO!! I have only gotten to watch Deadpool on cable. The late night (11;00pm) version was replete with all language, bloodshed, and mayhem, BUT.. for whatever reason, they omitted the very end scene with Deadpool in the maternity section talking to baby Hitler! Thanks for including it!
Fun fact: when he runs and dives into the cab it's an homage to the scene in Indiana Jones Raiders of the Lost Ark where Indy runs away from the angry natives and jumps in the plane at the riverside.

Green Lantern had some problems - the CGI costume (from Deadpool: "Don't make the costume green or animated"), the big bad (a yellow poop cloud), the little bad (unfortunate practical make-up) and the writing/direction that somehow lost all chemistry between Ryan and his female lead (who just happens to be his actual wife). Oa (the Grreen Lantern home base) the Guardians of the Universe and the alien Lanterns look fabulous - the design team took the original comic art and elevated it and that part of the story works well. Basically everything that happens in space is great and everything that happens on Earth falls flat (hence the flat Earth theory). It was supposed to start the DCU and instead that honor went to Man of Steel and Green Lantern is hardly referenced in the Snyderverse. Still it's worth a look even if you come out thnking it's a train wreck. I think of it as a glass half full.
The CGI costume was a good idea in theory, since it's supposed to be a hard-light force field surrounding him. It just wasn't necessarily *good* CGI....

I used to work at movie theaters in the late 90's early 2000's! I saw a few Ryan Reynolds films and all the characters he played basically were very close to Deadpool! Watch him in Van Wilder and it's like DP goes to college! he is great!

11:19 I hope Angel gets more screen time/ focus in the MCU lol. He's a member of the first class yet is never more than a cameo in X-Men media (i.e. X-Men: The Last Stand, X-Men: Apocalypse, X-Men: Evolution, Wolverine & the X-Men, etc).
It would also be cool to see a close bond between him & Storm (like in Wolverine & the X-Men) - I feel like it could create a lot of fun scenes since they can both fly lol.
Actually, they did change the song that plays when the group charge the orphanage in the "Super Duper Cut". It became Fly Like an Eagle by the Steve Miller Band.
Unlike the theatrical version, they play more than one song during the fight scene, which was one of my complaints. They just play that "Welcome to the Party" track for way too long in the theatrical.

Also, the way that they did the makeup for this movie is a very tongue in cheek reference to her comic book appearance. In the movie, she's black with a white patch around her eye. In the comics, she is pale white with a fully black eye patch area. Fun factoid 2, she's been getting the horizontal tango on with Colossus for more than a few years now, and Colossus also appears in this movie 😁

Seeing Robert Delaney, the comedian who plays Peter, pulls at the heartstrings abit. During filming his 2 year old son was fighting a battle with a brain tumor. A fight he lost just a few months before this movie was released. He has shared alot about it including writing a book about it that is supposed to be great.
