Ingredients: For 8 buns
DOUGH
Bread Flour 300g /2 ¼ cup
Sugar 45g /3 Tbsp
Salt 3g/ ½ tsp
Instant Yeast 4g/1tsp
Fresh milk 120-130ml
Whole Egg 1pc 65g
Unsalted Butter 30g/2Tbsp
CRUST
Unsalted Butter 60g /5Tbsp
Icing Sugar 45g /3Tbsp
Whole Egg 1pc (65g)
All-purpose Flour 120g/1 cup-
Baking powder 3g/ ½ tsp
Matcha powder 5g/1tsp
Cocoa powder 5g/1tsp
Purple sweet potatoes powder 5g/1tsp
Pre-heat oven to 180°C / 350°F. Bake for 15-17 minutes
