Does this share the folder to all the computers on the network? if so, how can i share to only one computer on my network?

Yes, this shares with the full network. To share with one computer, do NOT turn off password sharing. Create an account on the host with a username and password you would like to use for the share. Add that account to the security settings for the share and the folder. When the one computer tries to connect, they should be prompted for a username and password. Use the credentials for the account created above, and they should be able to connect. To disable their access, remove the account from the security settings, and remove the account from the host computer.
