Sissel has performed and recorded this piece on several occasions and none of them come close to this presentation which was blessed by the presence of God as well as angels singing with the choir and gracing the hands of those in the orchestra. God inspired the arrangement ... and all of these and the man who wrote the original song heard God's voice ... as did we by listening.
I was there at this performance and it was other-worldly!! In an auditorium of 20,000+ people, you could have heard a pin drop during this performance. It was breathtaking and a memory I cherish! The applause and standing ovation went on and on and on and rightly so! She is as humble as she is talented and I have loved attending a few of her concerts- she is one of my favorite musical artists. And yes, this concert was with the “Tabernacle Choir at Temple Square”. That’s their official name as it was changed a few years ago. Also- that was the debut of that song. After that performance, it was officially released.
I have to also give credit to the beautiful Tabernacle Choir and how they gently accompanied her beautifully with this song choir and Orchestra were perfection as well as Sissel.
She is that extraordinary talent that did not pull all the stops out career wise, so she’s not as well known as lesser talents. And she did get multi-million dollar offers to let big-music run it for her. She never gave it a moment's thought. She has higher priorities than money & fame.

Sissel and Angelina along with AhHa and Aurora are all from Norway. I love her voice and have watch many of her concerts start to finish as well as life stories/interviews. She started as a young girl and lost out to Celine Dion to sing My Hart Will Go On due, I believe, to Celine being so popular at that time. I love Celine as well and paid a lot of $$$$$ to see her live in Las Vegas her first year there. Like Angelina, you can’t go wrong with Sissel either.
