10:46 so Tom Hack is a composer and guitarist. OxT band(overlord op1,2,4 ending 3) is a duo of him and singer Masaoshi Oshi. Myth&Roid is another his project, he is composer there as well. About vocalist in second song being different: singer of ed1 is Mayu Maeshima, it was debute song of myth&roid where she was vocalist; singer of ed 2 is a new myth&roid vocalist Kuhou, she is current lead singer of the myth&roid; and ending 4 is performed by Mayu Maeshima, but during her current solo career; she is still connected to Kadokawa(publisher of anime and light novel), so you can hear her in openings and endings for their shows(mostly issekais), same goes for myth&roid and OxT.
Mayu Maeshima performed several openings for shows in her soli career, Uncle from another world op, her newest song is called Love or Hate for another issekai this season. And a bunch of others.
If anyone doesn’t know what the first ending is called on Spotify it’s just L.L.L. Ending 1 is that ending 2 is Hydra. Ending 3 is silent solitude. And Ending 4 is no man’s dawn.
I agree with some others that if you watch this series: 1) do it a couple of episodes at a time so you get more of the world building per session and so things from the first episode are fresh in your mind for the second. 2) try to avoid spoilers as much as possible-the show sets up a lot of little things in early episodes that pay off in big ways later. There are a few moments where you might see something or hear a bit of dialogue that makes the proverbial coin drop in your mind and leave you going “holy crap, _that’s_ what was going on!?” Personal recommendation: definitely read the light novels or the manga after you finish watching the series. The show had to skip a few details and some world building stuff for time, but it’s all worth reading because it’s interesting and helps inform each character’s actions.
From what I understand, Myth and ROID is a kind of training band. Apparently, this is a common thing where musical groups partner up temporarily with artists coming and going to broaden each other's experience with varying styles. It's less that the main singer left and more that her expected time with the band expired and it was time for her to move on to something else. That said, I believe the singer in ED 4 is the lead vocalist in 1 and 2 anyway.
As I said before, all openings were done by OxT, and all endings by Myth & Roid (I count the 4th ending as Myth & Roid, since the singer was from the group 😁). The roles were reversed for the 3rd season
Myth and Roid are great check out there first album eYe's make sure to listen to the album in order there's a story mixed in. The singer for No mans dawn (4th ending) is the original singer of Myth and Roid.
I don't know it you accept suggestions, but are some ongoing anime from the current season that are worthy to react for op&ed: - Villaness Level 99: the singer for the opening is the same from the 4th ending of Overlord - Unwanted Undead Adventurer - The Weakest Tamer (the opening is really worth watch with translated subtitles) - A Sign of Affection - The Wrong Way to Use Healing Magic - Buchigiri?! To name a few 😁
Second Weakest Tamer, also it's endings quickly become one of my favourites, it just sounds so nice and the full version turns into something resembling a mix of acoustic and trance which just sounds perfect
Would love for you to do Kingdom anime intros and outros. It's currently on its 5th season. It's a war based anime full of tactics and action. Either way love the videos and you have my continued support.
First two episodes are pretty deceiving, but past those two you quickly learn what you'll be getting into. Really hope you dive into the anime, it's really good :)
Well after first ending or first season the anime use the original author writing style, meaning a lot of side character POV rather the main cast. So that's why the ending after the first one have alot character because the story are on their perspective mostly. And then our main guys shape the story, meaning create a conflict or triggering event to other character. This is the way Overlord build a story. Not the villain or antagonist who build the story line but US, our main guy skeleton dude shape the story and the world react to it.
Well if you expect to see more the main cast yup big no for you. The story or the beginning of the arc mostly from the other character that outside the main cast. To tell you how they react how our main cast shaping the story line. The LN way more brutal. No name character such as random soldier from the Re Estize has more background. While in the anime it just a flash of scene that not important. So anime itself cutting much stuff that probably you don't like. Me personally just following the ride. I already love the series i don't care what the author doing with his writing style. But indeed the Vol 15 and 16 is his weak volume after volume 7 if i am not wrong (the Carne village arc) that also not good atleast IMO.
Please strated brother, its a sweet series with a lot of mature topics, i dont know whats better the English Dub or the Japanese sub, they are both amazing in my opinion.
If you want something out of the ordinary, how about watching (and listening) to the Honkai Impact 3rd Animation Shorts? Its a Gacha Game, originally done for Mobil, but bloomed very much, and the story is incredible, the Animations too, and the songs..
I suggest you to watch 2 episodes back to back for faster experience, more world building and to digest information smoothly Instead of one slow episode.
The art in Overlord's end credits is by So-Bin, he also does the illustrations for the novel. He's very good at it.
"He's the villain"
No sir, he is JUSTICE
Weakness is a sin! Aim for the kids!

Madhouse is the studio that animated this anime.
What I enjoy about the ending songs is that there's hidden meaning in each song that's relevant to it's respective season.
3rd ending done by OxT, he also sing in openings
Well the man behind OXT is also in the band Myth & Roid so you can say that he did all op and eds

myth & roid - forever lost is gooood
oh saw you on the Gazmash made in abyss openings/endings vid where he missed 2 endings. Forever Lost is too good.
@@arc1only yeah i be everywhere lol. especially on these anime opening/ending reactions.
