    我很少做牛肉,第一个牛肉视频😄川味,家乡的味!牛肉熟之前半小时,可以加土豆或胡萝卜,不错的晚餐

    This is my favorite kind of food. Also you are really attractive and elegant. I goto a Korean/ Chinese fusion restaraunt sometimes they have great food.

    等了很久,ling终于上菜了。好棒的牛肉面,超级喜欢~~~我也喜欢这样做,就是我很少放辣椒,家里人不太喜欢吃辣的。ling好美很温柔~~

    难道你不知道牛肉要先焯水再下锅炒吗?特别是骨头一定要焯水的。而且油里面要加冰糖上糖色。你做的川味红烧牛肉根本不正宗,别乱教啦。

      +Vermillion 303 焯水,上糖色都知道,分享我的做法,做出来好吃就达到目的了。焯水会使肉收紧,反倒牛肉煎香再烧挺好,骨头确实应该一起煎,昨天做的就煎了骨头。谢谢!

      I know another famous chef on TV show also did not 焯水 for the same reason stated here. It is really up to you depending on the the type of beef you used. You should 焯水 if the type of beef contains a lot of blood, and you don't need to do if the beef is fairly dry and not so bloody like beef steak.
