Actually, Carmena Foreluna was the language used by the Moon Chanters, while Ar Ciela is the language used by the Planet. Although Carmena Foreluna was developed from Ar Ciela, both languages have some differences and shouldn't be confused with each other.
My apologies, I thought this was Harmonics Tilia for some reason. XD; The Hymmnos IS the Central Standard dialect, though. Most likely just Central and Cult Ciel Notes, but I would have to look at it to see which Notes appear in the song.
As far as I know, there are no Cluster Note in either this song or in Harmonics TILIA, as the only words confirmed to belong to that Note are "riomo" and "xe". There could be others used in Resshikouki and Shukure's songs from the Hymmnos Musicals, but since there's no official confirmation on it, it's no more than unfounded speculation for the moment.
