It is called a Daybed! This is a Home Decorating idea for Craft Lovers which the end result adds an extra sitting and sleeping area for guests. This also adds Uniqueness to the overall Presentation in the Home.
This is an Inexpensive yet sophisticated Diy that Shows Style and Elegance that is personalized on a Budget.

It shows at the beginning that she puts the styrofoam pieces that would have been around the TV that came in the box back into the box to fill it up halfway, then cut off one of the long top flaps and put it inside to make the floor of the compartment.

Wait did i miss something. Did the base of cardboards not go straight through if you were to lift and move the day bed somewhere else? It looks like it was just placed in there so i dont get how they wouldnt fall as soon as its lifted

The couch arrived in two boxes four days early, which was great because we'd just moved into a new house and needed places to sit. Another reviewer suggested inserting the seat into the side and I'm glad they did as the instructions weren't clear on that matter. It's incredibly light and slides easily across the wood floor, making it easy to move. It's firm, but comfortable. It will even be great to nap on. I got the gray, which definitely has strong blue undertones, but I'm okay with that.

I am not at all jealous because the daybed is not something I like. It really is not a daybed because it is not big enough for sleeping. There is not enough cushioning for a couch or bed. If you so not understand that not everyone likes the same things, you have a lot to learn. I do think the idea was creative, and do not fault her for that. The style is too guido for my taste, and that does not make me jealous! You have a lot of growing up to do, love.
