This has nothing to do with YT allowing it or not allowing. My recording is of the audio only from a reel-to-reel tape recording of the TV audio because the person who made the recording had no VCR at the time (most people didn't have them and in those days if you wanted to record something from TV your only option was to record the audio or to point a film camera at the TV set).
