Yea and we appreciate how Ohio State fans relished in their one and only victory over Alabama. They went on to win a National Championship that year but celebrated more over finally beating Alabama. Yall need to get your priorities straight. At Alabama we focus on one goal. Winning National Championships. Oh well, this is the B1G for ya. That conference cries more than any other.
8 years ago and Bama still the Gold Standard...Like it or not, we win at least half the Natl Titles each Decade now...Even when we lose it takes another SEC team to do it...Care to prove me wrong?...I'll be here twiddling my thumbs waiting on your reply...Thanks
I know. I still can't believe Ohio State lost that Big Ten Championship. Had they won, Ohio State would've faced Florida State in the BCS championship game
tOSU won a national championship a year later and Mark May eats cat food and was fired from ESPN [even though he's black and generally ESPN only fires white employees].
Alabama lost to Auburn and then Oklahoma in the bowl game and finished 11-2 and Ohio State lost to Michigan State in the Big Ten championship game and then lost to Clemson in the Orange Bowl to finish 12-2. They played the next season and Ohio State won.
Mark May is a walking double-standard. He praised Miami for beating Florida A&M 45-0 in 2010, but then says Florida A&M is a nobody once Ohio State beat them 72-0. When it comes to Ohio State, you need to ignore everything that comes out of Mark Mays mouth.
@@jimmymac2292as long as they're not gifted like several of Alabama's were. Didn't even win their division in two seasons, but were gifted a BCS and playoff appearance. Not too mention they should have kissed MSU's feet for somehow knocking the 2015 Ohio State team out of playoff contention. That OSU team was absolutely loaded and would've crushed Bama.
This was the golden era of ESPN college football coverage.
Yeah, it sucks these days. Everything about ESPN sucks these days
Man I miss Mark May and Lou Holtz. They were the best
U tell em whiteman
@@gregwatson8219 Yeah for the White man
This was one of the best rivalries in college football 😂
Every Sunday morning man... miss this
I miss this era of ESPN
Mark May is a card. He is still upset OSU beat Pitt 72-0. No objective from this man whatsoever!
I never could stay Mark May. He was always so bias towards certain teams and always acted arrogant.
I am thrilled not seeing Mark May on TV anymore
"Alabama is the gold standard in college football... and until someone beats them..." O-H...

"We". I've always hated when fans pull out the we in a context that implies they're the ones putting in the work
@@thecrimsonknight4756you're not gonna win any for a real long time now that Kirby Smart has made Georgia king of the SEC.
I couldn't STAND Mark May!!!!!!!!
8 years ago arguing how Bama’s SOS is so strong…😂😂🤣🤣🤣😋😋😋

Purposely trying to get under Lou's skin and then getting educated!! I used to love it
mark may is a lame.
Pat McAfee show impression of Lou Holtz is classic
A few weeks later, Ohio State lost to Michigan State, followed by Clemson. Haha
I believe this was the year OSU beat Bama and then Oregon to win the first college playoff.
@@nickrusso7274 Nope. This was the year before that
