I know a much faster way to farm mercury. Use golden vortex on the ministry soldiers at the ashina castle idol. I managed to get 19 mercury in around 15 min! If you dont have the upgrade just use bloodsmoke ninjutsu.

Hey guys I know I didn't mention it in the video very much but as 21 Salbatic said, if you use golden vortex on these enemies you're farming, you'll be able to get their materials faster. He mentions using it on the ministry soldiers at the ashina castle idol, so try it out and let me know how it goes.
Golden vortex gives you a second drop so it ups your chances. Great when paired with demon bell and possession balloon. It is definitely worth using, especially if you want to speed up kills with back stabs.
Just a heads up, I've been farming the canon guys at the poison lake for the Fulminated Mercury, and I have been getting them quite easily. Just use the Golden Vortex and immediately backstab them, both the guys at the top and the one at the island in the center. The guy at the island on the center has been dropping them faster.
Z1U5 well it’s not so much farming as collecting, once you get these in a play through, if you want to get more you’ll have to start an NG+ playthrough Thanks though!
Good work. I know it's too late but in the wiki it tells you about the Lapis being capped at 6 for each playthrough. The wiki is super for farming and just about everything. Probably would've saved you hours of work, but I'm impressed with the dedication lol. I'm subbing for all that unnecessary effort
Magnetite scraps can also be farmed from the spear guy near the old grave idol, with the demon bell buff I got him to 2 every time and once he dropped adamantite
Little note: Get the Temple Arts (Senpo skill tree), I think the skills are called "Virtous" there, to increase your drop rate naturally and then use the Bell Demon to increase it supernaturally too. This should help the farming process.
Just got recommended this. I am currently doing my 2nd run since the release of the game. You're the real MVP for this video. I am farming these prosthetic to No Damage some bosses lol
With the Demon Bell go to the Gun Fort, the drops are almost immediate for Fulminated Mercury! Give it two to three trips and once it starts to drop it drops, however, make sure you clear the area, the guys at the bottom of the cliff overlooking the bridge drops it also!
There is an infinite Prayer bead exploit that still works, I suggest searching it up, but it only works in the Reflection of strength Demon of hatred. But you'd have to have at least 12k Sen, if you want to avoid going back into the RoS to redo the exploit to get the rest of the Prayer beads. Note that once you leave the RoS you still have the money you spent

For the Shichimen warrior strategy, I developed one much more sloppier but apperently faster. Leave your umbrella behind because it will overwrite the Divine confetti effect if you use projected force Apply your divine confetti and pacyfiing agent Smack that booty until you see purple blast go off him, attack two more times and deflect incoming melee attack (or two), continue attacking and then he does one of TWO things: 1- Deflect your attack and disappear, that means you need to turn around by 180° and rush full-speed opposite direction, keep going even if you see him reappear and get to him by range of your own melee, YOU WILL NOT BE HIT BY THE BEAM 2- Jump in the air witch it you chance to anti-air death blow( you can buy anti-air deathblow text from Blackhat badger) MAKE SURE TO REAPPLY DIVINE CONFETTI
For the Fulminated Mercury, the best place to farm it for me was in Ashina Outskirts late game. I have been farming skill points there and at the same time all those enemies using guns and cannons have some chance to drop this item. In like 2 hours or so I already had had more than 40 of them.
Great guide. I found the best spot for lump of fat was is from farming purple ninja right next to ashina depths, mibu village bonfire. Takes like 15 seconds to guarantee kill him and you get 750 xp each time. Fighting cowboy has a good video on how to set it up for speed farming
I dont know if it is already mentioned here but if you kill the great Karp at the feeding ground before feeding him precious bait you can still get his scales by traveling to the guardian apes arena where you fight him the first time and picking up the great white wisker from the karp corps. Then travel back to the feeding ground handing it to the guy standing there rest and collekting them from his corps. I hope that help.

A really good farm is the classic stairway idol but you go killing the ministry guys untill the bridge. You earn like 2000 sens (with the two senpou abilities that increases money)
There is precious bait in 3 different areas under water when you learn dive. I wouldn't want to spend the carp scales on that unless I just had a bunch
Actually there is another purple ninja for adamantite scrap at the same Idol but a little further, once you are at the point where you can fight the Owl Father (so once you returned to Ashina for the first time). Go to the same idol as in the video, and go up. the first enemy is a samurai, however go through the door and you immediately see a purple ninja with his back facing to you! Go to him and kill him. it is just SLIGHTLY taking more time, maybe 30 to 40 seconds each run!
This ruled. Finally got the balls to play this and not going in anywhere if I I know there is an upgrade I can potentially get. This game is a PUNISHER.
The Strawhat enemies at the temple are FAR easier to defeat man albeit a little longer. Sneak around to the back door and stealth kill the one that patrols the outside. After that stand close enough so one of the other 2 standing back to back will see you and come investigate. When he does just hide around the corner and when he turns around to go back run up and stealth kill him. Then just stealth kill the last one facing the main temple door. Then run right inside to the buddha and reset. Its goo XP farming too. They are SUPER easy this way.

If you just do what he said and take out those 3 straw head fuckers its like 558 xp and from resting at the idol to resting at the idol about 1 minute 15 seconds. However i usually went all the way down by the pond with the 2 carps , could do the whole run about 6 1/2 minutes and it nets 3,469 xp plus lots of different enemies so lots of different items and materials ...it was a great spot for earlier on
3:20 easier method i found myself doing run up to the right one and you can instantly kill him without problem.. run back and repeat unless you can slice his throat to kill the second one

I get fulminated mercury almost every time from the gun fort. And its one of the best places to farm exp while you do it. I had to find fulminated mercury on the ground first before they started dropping.
Fulminated mercury: gun fort! Get dradonbell, i have Temple art skills both virtuous and most virtuous deed. Pop a mibu green ball if u dont. (Use bloodsmoke ninjutsu and diving abduction)
For Mercurry I found it much easier at the Gun fort by stealth killing everyone including the regular gunmen since they kinda drop it more commonly then the heavy gunners ...

yoshoverse I’m not sure unless you somehow got to poison pool very early and that’s why they’re not spawning? Perhaps you need to complete Ashina castle first?
@@SloppyMosesGaming i got him to spawn. i looked for him before fighting genichiro, after fighting genichiro and after getting the mortal blade. he finally spawned after killing the guardian ape. ghost monk was long dead, so i assume that getting all incense ingredients is the trigger. that means that i could get most upgrades before fighting owl.

Sloppy, I can confirm! It’s easy to catch 4/5 enemies at once, and a real quick reset. Got 8 mercury in 10 mins with the bell on.

The double ape fight was easier. For me anyway. Did it first time. Felt like the main ape wasnt as aggressive.

Now that I look back at it, it might not be infinite, but you still get around 2 or 3 Vitality Upgrades, so it still is an amazing exploit either way

use demon bell, and youll have all items needed. I found out Fountain head gives you a lot of wax.
