It was 8” wide the cake and about 5-6” in height. It really depends how hard you squeeze out the buttercream which can affect the amount used. I would recommend to make more then you think you need and if you have extra you can always freeze for your next cake!

How do you prevent the rosettes from sliding off the sides of the cake? Mine would not stay on.
