tbh im glad they didnt take it, i also like shoegaze but i think had they taken that path they probably would have died out like a lot of other shoegaze bands did from the time (plus having to be compared to mbv). hearing shoegaze interpretations of their work is still really cool though

I don't want to discredit the original song because I know many people love it but this cover even feels more radio head style and I believe they would appreciate it very much. In my own opinion I prefer this version.
