You may think about writing down your recipes and making an AdventureVanMan cook book. Smaller book. Maybe 10-15 various recipes for cooking on the road. A lot of people would be glad to have such a book. You could even get recipes from like-minded adventurers.

Chef Brian. Lake Havasu City was created by a true visionary, none of the other towns or cities along the Mighty Colorado or close by in the region, have anything close to the aesthetics of that town. I've never visited there but it has been covered very well by folks like you two.

I find takeaway just not enjoyable, not as fresh tasting and I think they westernise the dishes when at a Thai takeaway and don't make it to an authentic Thai recipe, which is a shame. I got introduced to it in Chiang Mai, when I went to Thailand with one of my son's, many years ago. So different to what I get back home. Going to the bar was a nice break for you. Lake Havasu seems to be a favourite for many RUclips nomad/ off grid folk. Always enjoy seeing the sights through different eyes. Take care there 🙋♀️ 🚐 🌏
