I wish to congratulate Sir Richard of his Program on line using our social media to inform and educate us as law abiding Filipino Citizens and not aware of boundary issues due to lack of knowledge about Philippine history. God bless. Sir Richard.
Wow! UK's ambassador is a terrific guest. When the English play a part, they play it so well. The UK ambassador is another proof of that. She takes her role seriously. She's immersing in the language, culture and tradition. What an honor to have her in our country.
It's a blessing to hear voice of Foreign Ambassadors like UK and Germany and several other, as well as our Big Men AFP, COAST GUARD and expect in the Academe.
Per my individual observation, Filipino Citizens as peace loving persons and yet if his rights are violated we are also learning to fight for our right.
The Filipinos love the English people, the same with the USA, Australia, New Zealand, the Europeans Maybe because many Filipinos speak the English language, it’s then easier to learn and understand the culture of the British and the Americans, etc. etc. and share the same values, and vice versa.
The Philippines was briefly occupied by England from 1762-1764. So there's a relationship there to build upon, however, distant, faint and contentious. This new friendship is clearly on much better terms, and is being built to last. God save the King, and us, too. 🙂 We are the strongest outpost of Christendom in this part of the world.
While listening to the show, I recall the irony. King Henry the Ate decided to separate England from the Catholic Church as we were emerging as a Catholic nation by way of Spain, the birthplace of his Queen whom he wanted to divorce. Now here we are. Amazing how things unfold. Perhaps England will become Catholic again after centuries of rebellion. 🙂

Philippines SHOULD ALSO do more trade with the UK . And RADICALLY lower our trade with China.
