I’m going to give this a try, but I’m going to go a slightly different route. I have a 20w laser that has a work area 32” long. I’m going to run some thin stock through my planer and get to the desired thickness of the domino. Then I’ll put it in the laser and have it cut the long strips the exact width and also have the laser etch some glue grooves. Then I’ll run through the router like you did. It’s an extra step, but I like the glue groove possibility for squeeze out

I was greeted with a Domino’s pizza ad preceding this video 😆

Not sure what the Festool dominos cost. But good to know you have decorative joints. Would like to see that video as well

Non domino question-what’s your opinion of the Festool Kapex?

How do you make the cutting dip longer if you are making a domino longer because the machine only lets it going so far

I make them the same length as the factory made dominos. I cut to length with miter saw as needed. I mentioned this in this video a minute 2;24.
