I had this problem when i bricked my naze32. The ESC's are beeping because they are not receiving signal. Connect it to a PC and see if cleanflight or betaflight is flashed and running.
Hello! This is not much a problem, just that on the bottom of your drone there should be 4 switches labelled DIP. 3 of them are for turning off certain L.E.Ds (which is why your LEDs are off) and the 4th is for turning everything off! just flick that one up and then arm the drone, you should be fixed! ;) Hope this helped!
This did help for me. I have no idea why these two things are connected! there is no voltage between the cannel and ground pin from the ESC Connection. Same beeping comes if you pull off the ESC Plug.

I am having this same issue with my falcon and have switched those switches to no success.
Johnny Lane I found out that the CC3D is broken. Now I have ordered SP racing F3 for less than 20 USD from eBay.

In my case it got loose. I just had to plug it back in.
