You are a natural at this. Keep going. As for the case, interesting enough, especially at the price. I have the Scribe with an Amazon cover. One feature I think is a must is the smart nature of the cover, ie does it shut off the device when closed. Also, distinguish between a case and cover. I have the cover on for all day-quick access to the screen. A secure place for the pen is another must. I also have a zippered case in which I keep the device with cover on, a cable and charger. It all depends on how and where the individual plans on using the Kindle. Again, keep up the good work.
Appreciate your review, it's been hard to find many reviews on cases for the Scribe other than the Amazon ones since the Scribe has not been out for long.
As I already said in the comment to your other Scribe video, finally a Kindle review by an actual _user._ I am a Kindle user from the first internationally available model (Kindle 2, a predecessor to Keyboard), and have all major models except for Oasis (most of older ones are now with my friends, still linked to my pretty extensive, even excessive library - that's a good reason to keep your content in Amazon's cloud as opposed to side-loading it via USB.) My "daily driver" is Voyage. I was hoping Amazon would resurrect those haptic feedback not-quite-buttons for Scribe, but no luck... I pre-ordered Scribe almost immediately, but I am yet to receive it. (For some reason Amazon's main site does not ship it to Croatia, so I had to order it from German site, which is yet to ship it, after more than three months, although it is listed as "in stock" - I am _not_ amused...) In good old days to "Kindle help pro" program I would probably have received a pre-production unit in exchange for volunteering on help forum, but those days are long gone, too... Keep good work!
thanks for the review. Finite is my Go To for cases. I use them for my Samsung Tablets and they never let me down. I have had my Scribe since Sunday (It's now Thursday) and my feeling was I would not ever take this outside. Who needs a case? However I fumbled the unit and the pen was airborne. Magnets be damned. Whle the aluminium back is sturdy its cold to the touch. A case may be needed. There appears to be no other options than a shell to secure the unit as no magnets can anchor the unit inside the case. The review gave me a lot to think of.
I also have analysis paralysis from time to time. Thanks for the review!

Thank you! And yeah, the Fintie does turn the device off and on magnetically.

Fintie cases are great. I like them for my iPads and my kindle scribe also has a fintie case;)
Thanks for review. Excellent

I’m going to put mine in a flannel envelope.
