From 1989 until 2015, psychiatry told me I had a chemical imbalance and bad genes, and that I would have to take their drugs and be in and out of hospitals for the rest of my life, and to just accept it. On June 1, 2022, I celebrated 7 years off all psychiatric drugs and free of their toxic message. What made this possible? I started meditating in 2006, and realized that psychiatry was holding my nervous system back from growing and changing. Then, I decided that I could quit psychiatry, get off their drugs, and start doing some serious healing of all the childhood trauma, abuse, neglect, and loss that psychiatry just swept under the rug and told me to forget. Not once did psychiatry ever teach me what Peter Levine's book Waking the Tiger about trauma taught me. I stopped believing what psychiatry told me about me, and I started paying attention and listening to my body and its messages:I believed in myself. Thank you Jack.It is true belief is a must ingredient in the success formula.In June last year i believed one day i would be CEO of a multi million dollar organisation.I started believing in June and to cut the long story short in November the CEO of my organisation was head hunted by someone else and i am now CEO.I am now believing i will be CEO of my own company and i know i will.
I believe I am more than what I was lead to believe. I believe the answers I seek is in the journey of self mastery...to know myself.

I want to achieve something in my life but i have a low selfesteem.so i did your mirror test and was appreciating myself for the things i did each day.
I want to achieve more but i need so much of help from family, people which i am not getting.i dont know how i will achieve.setting goals had me wake up everyday with enthusiasm to work towards them but now no help from family makes me sad.
