Tritvam tour was splendid. I liked the way u explain things. Even th small things were explained well. Thank u dear. At th end u tell th price. Thats most important. People usually wanted to know th cost of th flat or villa. That makes th video 100% complete.
3180 sqft, is ideal for a beautiful duplex. This is a ridiculous Waste of space. You could buy a spacious independent villa just 500 mts far, for a much cheaper price. Paying almost 1 crore additionally just for lake view.
And how much is the (mandatory )monthly maintanance fee/ association fee, other assessments etc., let alone the restrictive covenents????????? (3180 sq ft is an avearge 4 bd rm single family home size where we live). There will be some suckers to fall for this. Buyers beware!! .

After reviewing this video, I realized that this luxury flat does not have modern large bathrooms with luxury vanity. Vanity is small and the bathrooms are small. The flat does not have dish washing machine either have connection for cloth washing and drying machine options. An separate way to servant room compromise these defects? Luxury is only given to this site because of the location, but the flat only has views to the water. There is no living comforts shown here. Sorry...
Balcony not safe. Small children may climb the balcony rails and they may fall down to death. Grills should be installed with good designs.
These days people think twice before going for a expensive flat, that also city like EKM & Cochin, people go for Agri land. TEL ME WHAT IS AIR QUALITY THERE,PLEASE TELL ME.
