    I've been practicing for a while with this video, almost on a daily basis, and together with Hips like Honey and Heart wide Open I always feel like you have a magic solution to my problems! I've seen and felt a lot of improvement with my range of motion and mobility after 2 years of chronic pain in my arms and hips (no reason found). THANK YOU!!!! I knew that movement was vital and this is the proof ❤

    Feels good, and I think this really could help with my flexibility! After that practice I had sore hamstrings for some days 😂How often should I do this practice to really see a difference in my flexibility?

      I personally do a version of this class every day as my warm up before practice. You can make it 3-5 minutes long so it's more sustainable, but the more consistent you are, the better 🥰

      Yay 🥰 Glad it worked its magic for you! I would say this class is great in the morning to wake up those big muscles, but also, after work if you've been seated all day. You can easily do this twice a day if you have the availability. I personally do it once a day before my regular practice 🤗

      It's not easy no ❤ But with modifications, you will make amazing progress overtime. This class is just so powerful! Feel free to grab 2 yoga blocks for the practice and place your hands on those instead of on the floor ☺
