I'd like to see some advanced background/effects and how to apply them. Not basic things that have already been done. But new effects and tutorials on how to do them!

It’s still important to keep in mind that you should in no way assume that these themes are the only ones you can use. If you make your own style, that’s beyond making your own level.

omg i didnt know anything about editor a week ago (almost nothing) but now i have a really cool level with good decoration :D editor isnt hard you just have to be creative and never give UP :D!
Thanks a lot man(or maam). This is really helpful! Here is a little added info based on my opinion and what you have given me of information already. These are the recommended styles for each difficulty range in my opinion(in stars). Modern = all difficulties Basic = 2 - 3, 7-10 Core = 7 - 10, And autolevels that have a feel for being originally a demon level. Tech = All difficulties This, again, is only my opinion.

I would argue theres also a "clean" type of look used in levels like oblique and its usually where you have less multicolored details and less design on your blocks but smartly put so it looks neat, the jump orbs are usually also custom
