- Yep, you guessed it by the title. I am going to show you how I installed the new Diode Dynamics rock lights on my 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee WJ. When it come to rock lights this is about as easy as it gets. These are by far the brightest and highest quality rock lights on the market.

Sick!
You have the trigger switch system too
Nice
I have the 6 shooter version
I was planning to connect the rock lights to it
Since technically you can adjust the light output through the Trigger app
Just need to see what cables to cut and connect the trigger connector
Yes I do. Hands down one of the best things I have bought for my jeep. Makes wiring so simple and everything you can do with it is crazy, especially that 6 shooter.
I went with the switch to keep the trigger open for pod lights and lightbars. The high low setting were good enough for me but to each their own.
I would use the switch wires because it will have everything you need high-power, low-power and 12v. Honestly you would just need the high-power because like you had said the trigger has the ability to dim whatever is hooked up to it. As for what color is what, orange is the high-power, white is low-power, and red is the 12v to the switch. So if I'm thinking about this right you should just need to ground the harness black wire either to a ground point on the vehicle or to the trigger its self. Then, hook the orange, white, or both to the trigger system depending on what you are going for.
If you are using the RGBW rock lights that I would just wire the controller to the trigger system and use the app they have to dim the lights. Diode's app is the best I have used when it comes to controlling RGBW stuff. Let me know if you have anymore questions.

Thanks
Just to to confirm
I just need to use the orange and ground wire to attach to a Trigger connector correct?
@@MrWortWort1 You are correct.
Ahh zipties :) Looks nice, should help in the dark.
LOL, yup. Thanks it definitely will. The best part is my kids love them. They remind my wife that my Jeep is cooler than her vehicle every day.🤣
@@XtremeTruckAuto Well, DUH. I wouldn't be watching if it wasn't cooler than her car.
