India’s Air Force could have used these Soviet era jets. The Indian military still uses these aircraft and they have lost so many of their pilots

US planes are harder to learn in short notice..Ukraine soldiers don't have time to learn western planes systems quick enough..but they already know how to use soviet planes so its easy

Really Ukraine needs huge bunker and trench systems. Air defense. And underground production. Germany and Israel have produced weapons underground. Cheap common effective system will change the warfare. Like Ukraine setting up to produce 20000 atgm a month. Artillery shells. Small arms ammo. And retrofit all Soviet hardware in storage. Ukraine needs to stand on a defense castle. Not worrie about small gains now.

And would you fly on any aircraft built in India...? People still have reservations about flying on planes built in Canada, the UK and China.. all technically advanced countries... So the idea of assembling commercial planes in India ... Nice joke ... Very funny..!!

Funny talk coming from a country who's not sent a dime to Ukraine. How can you judge as a fence sitter? I support neither Ukraine or Russia, but I think its very clear that some equipment, whether its "outdated" or not is better than NO EQUIPMENT. Keep in mind Ukraine itself, is operating not only Western aircraft, but also domestic SOVIET ERA aircraft, whos not to say these jets wont be stripped for their components to upgrade or repair their current arsenal? Last but certainly not least, a majority of the US military is operating using gear made and developed before and during the cold war era, such as the Lockheed HC-130 first developed and flown in 1958 and has been used extensively since the early 60's or the Lockheed U-2 high altitude reconnaissance jet first developed in 1955. I typically respect the reports done by WION but this is just lazy, biased reporting.

India can handle it's own domestic problems. Unlike the USA, it only rely on other allied countries/alliances. Without the alliance it cannot stand on it's own two feet.

US has bought Russian Fighter jets before for its own research and development , this is not the first instance , however this tranche could be for Ukraine , but Kazakhstan is a Russian ally and I have doubts that this will go through . This will not happen
