That was a lovely tour of Salute. I will never be able to attend, so it's great to get a look at what's happening. I would have wanted somewhere to sit too. All the best, John.
Like yourself, I didn’t spend as much as I thought I would do. A few of the stalls I wanted to visit were so busy I couldn’t get on to. Plus some of the ones I would have like to have seen weren’t there. I saw you and your Pal sitting outside the Fox. Lovely video and enjoy the painting of your Loot. 👍🏻
Should have said hello. Yes, some were busy, but others did not have what I wanted. Mind you, they can't take everything I suppose. I treated it as a day out, rather than expecting to buy lots.
Great to see footage of the traders’ stands. They were clearly far fewer in number than just a few years back, but still there in force. Always a great attraction for people like me who live out in the Styx.
Good review Alex, agree about the chairs, as you know I have a bad knee and was struggling towards the end of the day. Well worth a visit to Salute thou.
For the 50th show it was a let down in so much that SLW didn't seem to do much to celebrate it, and if you didn't know it was the 50th you'd never have guessed from attending. Pretty piss poor really

Thanks Jack. Glad you enjoyed it.

Yes, a few surprise absentees. I still enjoyed it though.
Great video Alec. Great to spend some time with you mate
Thanks Dom. Yes, it was great to see you too.
I wish the video was recorded in a higher resolution to look at the tables and minis more closely. But thanks for sharing anyways.
I agree, but I don't appear to be able to do that yet. But I will revisit it and try.
RUclips is only showing me 360p unfortunately.
I must work on that. I will make it a priority.
So glad to see this from across the pond! I recall hearing about that Dam Busters game on the Meeples and Miniatures podcast. It’s a classic!
Yes, the Dam Busters game was quite unique. it is always good to see something different.
Thank you Alec for this nice Video from the Salute😃👍
You are very welcome, glad you enjoyed it.
Good to say hi. Thanks for the video. Always interesting. I agree the show was very good this year.
Cheers Mark!

Some big traders were missing, which was disappointing, but I did hear 5.5k visited, so hopefully those that supported it did well.
