Always fun to watch and I had a good chuckle at Johannes' general silliness! I was surprised you culled Flatiron purely because every review I have watched/read have been glowing!
Ito is good, but if you already own The Mind or any other game with cards from 1 to 100 you can just use that with the Ito rules instead, it's what I did to save spending on yet another box 😅
Atlantis Exodus: We played 2:15h with 3 Players. Still a bit long for what it is, but acceptable. Actions are fast, but you do a lot of them. I really like it.
Wow, you liked Nassau? I've loved almot every game of the City Collection so far, but Nassau is the first BIG miss so far. The setup is so big and fiddly, and the gameplay, although not bad, is too light for what it is. Marrakesh, Cuzco, NYC have all been fantastic, whilst Amsterdam very good and the others good. All improvements on their older versions IMO (I know you guys don't think so - but you're wrong :p )
@@BoardGamingRamblingsIt’s a typical example of a game that you have to play with the right amount of players (4), otherwise it shines absolutely not so much! I also like it very much, but recently I played it with 3 instead of 4. A lot of the tension in the game was completely gone, because of that.
We try to always say when games are review copies, and I think we did so for all review copies in this one :) To answer more generally, we usually have a good mix of review copies and bought games :)
I’ve been able to sell a lot on Facebook Marketplace. I usually get 75-80% depending on the game. Older or dinged games I’ll take closer to 50% to make the sale
You're keeping a lot of games that you hope to play again. I wonder if it would be helpful to not hope that you'll play again but just keep games that you think are great. I seldom keep a game that I'll rate below and an 8... Because I'd rather play the Great games than relearned the rules to ones I think are just "pretty good" or I'm not sure about.
1st world problem for people of a smaller demographic with hundreds of games. And even a smaller demographic of people who have hundreds of games AND a youtube channel
Nice save on Fromage! That’s one of our recent faves.
you CULLED a COOL game. That moment was perfect, thank you for the laugh, I needed it today.

As someone who so often aligns with your tastes, I'm taken aback by your take on kraftwagen...
Now that I’ve watched 8+ of these my favorite part is trying to guess what the decisions will be.
That is awesome! How is your guessing going?

That makes sense!

I don't know if it's because of the theme but I really enjoy Kraftwagen. Rulebook could be a lot better though.
Glad you are enjoying it! Wasn't for me, but I know a lot of people really like it!
Fromage is one of my new favorite games!
Out of all games I can only comment on Kraftwagen. Game is fun. Hard stay for us.
Glad you are enjoying it! Didn't do much for me, sadly, but I know a lot of people like it!
Fantastic game.

That cover of Fromage is epic. I am still not sure about the game. We played on BGA but I think it will be on the table :)
It is a good looking cover for sure!
I also get lazy or lose my thought half way through my sentences and they come out as... ramblings (haaaaaa!)
Are the games review copies or self-bought?

What is the best way you've found to cull games? We have a few that I would like to make some kind of money from and not just get store credit only.

We usually share them on local Facebook groups (and when I say local, I mean for the whole country, haha)
We also give them away to friends!
Also random question, did you guys cull Sankore or still have it?
It's still here! Fantastic game :D
If you don't film it, & I don't watch it, then maybe it didn't happen!?
(A bit like the light in the 'fridge, when the door is closed.)
👍🇵🇱

this edition was keep or cull or cull :)
So much culling :D
