    I'm a die hard Seahawks fan and Iv never liked the 49ers.. Which is hard cause Patrick Willis is in my eyes greatest MLB. I admire him greatly and it was bittersweet watching him play against Seattle cause he caused Seattle so many problems but loved watching him play. Retired to soon, he came and left as a legend. Never talked shit, let his play do the talking. Respect to my favorite defensive player of all time.

      Yes in my opinion that defense that year was one of the best defenses ever no doubt. That defense could have won a super bowl single handedly and not many defenses could do that.

      That Defense was one for the ages! Had two of the hardest hitting safeties in the league with Whitner and Goldson. Then add Willis, Bowman, Brooks, and Smith at LB. Damn! Justin Smith was a stud too. I miss the old Niners. That D coordinator that was orchestrating that is now leading that Bears defense in 2018-2019.

    I just met Patrick in Person by my house!!! He was so chill and gracious with his time. Legendary. Came back home and watched this after shaking the man’s hand!!!! He’s my favorite 49er after Joe and Jerry

    Willis was truly a great player. I have a friend who has worked for the Niners for a looooooong time. She has nothing but great things to say about Willis, and what a fine person he is.

    P.Willis was the absolute man! ONe of my favorite 49ers. Too bad his career was cut short. Imagine his stats if he could've kept playing, if it weren't for that reoccurring injury.
