If you don't like the traditional stuffing you can do an English /Cantonese fusion version and use 糯米(包括臘腸臘肉等等). We do it every so often just for a change.
Next time can try making the gravy by putting vegetables like onion 🧅, carrots 🥕, garlic 🧄 underneath the goose 🦆 while baking. Once done, add some chicken stock or any stock into the baking pan then put some corn 🌽 flour into it. Cook it until boiled.... add some seasoning to ur taste.

下次入焗爐前將鵝腿用繩子綁着，那麼鵝腿不會打開，待放上盤子前將繩子拿走然後放上裝飾花球，隻鵝腿不會打開看起來文雅得多😅，我焗火雞都會係咁架
