Rhythm Authors worked on this chart? I thought they went under after Rock Band Network's shut down... I guess they became a part of Harmonix or something during Rock Band 4's development and later helped with Fortnite Festival? Because I noticed the Rhythm Authors name used on other Festival charts posted on here. I could be wrong though

Yes. Rhythm authors handled a ton of later rb4 dlc and is now working on festival. This is public information
