How To Learn Close Combat - Hit Taken Training - [Military Close Combat System]

Do you want to know how to learn hand-to-hand combat? You can even do it at home, but you need a partner.
In the video I show how to defend against straight blows and sickles. The head is the most important part of the body, so it's worth defending.
Such dodges and blocks can also be used in self-defense on the street, but for your own safety, use boxing gloves to train.
Defending against the left lap is not that easy, but it is possible to practice. There are four basic exercises you should do:
- blocks,
- dodges,
- body balance,
- getting off the punch line.
Dodging in combat sports and dodging in boxing is done by body balancing. If you additionally start to move, you will be a difficult target to hit.
Remember that you cannot strike with all your strength during training. If you get hit in the head, don't worry. In real combat, 100% blocking is virtually impossible. The main point is to minimize the effect of the blows. The punch is designed to ricochet over your boxing glove or block.
Be prepared that some of the blows will always reach the target.

ja osobiście myśle że kompletnie zapomniał Pan o ciosach na korpus wie Pan jak ciosy na korpus potrafią być bolesne?
