    I am glad we typically don’t use those fancy faucets on the rentals we service. Good info to know in case we start switching to those type.
    I also do the same thing and put the plug in the drain. It never fails to have the small parts try to go down the drain.
    Keep up the great work and videos

    • @LexVance

      Right on Tim! You can pull the springs out of the buttons that switch the streams and stretch them. That'll work for a while. But, they usually retract back and it'll not work again. Or, you can replace just the springs if you can find them. I just put on a new head and be done with it. I hate call backs. Thank you so much for watching Timinator!

      Thank you Eddy! You can also take the old one apart and stretch the springs. It'll work again for a little while but the springs will retract back and the sprayer won't work again. That's why I replace. Thank you so much for watching!

    Hey Lex, great job and great channel. Even though I've been doing this stuff for years, I always watch your videos and enjoy how sometimes you have a better way of doing things. Now go under the sink and adjust the weight so that the sprayer sits in the gooseneck!

    I have the same faucet, our property is 5 years old and we have a warranty so you should be able to call pfister for the replacement sprayer. But you can also take the sprayer head apart and stretch the spring and lube the small orings.
    Easy fix.

      @LexVance  3 года назад

      Right on. We need to find the springs for these. I've stretched the springs in plumbing fixtures before and that fixes it for a while. They usually retract and it doesn't work again. Thank you so much for watching Datsun!

    With that being a newer property do you have access to any paperwork with everything or mostly everything used on the property such as light fixtures, cabinets, flooring, carpet, granite name, etc...? I was wondering what the name of the granite was as we are going to start upgrading our couple standard buildings from formica countertops & black appliances to match our upgraded buildings with granite countertops & stainless steel appliances. As to why they didn't do the whole apartment community with granite & stainless is beyond me, but other than those 2 items the rest of the apartment is identical. Keep the vids coming Skid! 👍

      Since I moved over from another property, I have no idea where any paperwork is on the products used. They even used 2 different builders so that right there should tell you what a cluster it is. 😆 Good to hear from you, Rich!

    I tried one of those fittings today, and for that nameless goose-neck faucet, I COULD NOT get the 2 external O-Ring to go down inside the fitting! My faucet had 2 handles and each had a white plastic button where it might have said HOT or COLD. Drilling the fitting I.D. a 1/16 bigger would have worked.................
