      I always put my oil on very low and then throw my garlic in to make the oil taste like garlic...

    This dish is heaven Bart, as well I have eaten this dish in Tasmania a little different but with pine nuts in the farce, but both ways...YUM!

    This looks yummy. Anything Italian style is good. I think those people could make cow pies into a dish if they put their minds to it :)

    Bart! Nicely done again. Yet another excellent use of squid. Why you reduced their size I don't get. Stuff those bad boy's full. Using the shrimp heads to season the tomato sauce is a brilliant trick. Please, keep sharing these delicious video's. Blessings ChefMike

      chef mike Thanks Mike. The reason I reduced the size was because they came in too big. I didn't have enough stuffing. In this way I added the remained squid to the stuffing. See you soon Mike! Thanks!

      mike knite A grill pan make really nice stripes on the squid, but if you don't have it you can use a normal pan. Good luck!!

      MaName's ClimaX Squid is very inexpensive, and you can always make a different stuffing. Like a mashed vegetables stuffing, or a herb and breadcrumbs stuffing.

      MaName's ClimaX You can use frozen squid too. It's not that expensive. Use any stuffing you like... Enjoy!
