MaName's ClimaX Squid is very inexpensive, and you can always make a different stuffing. Like a mashed vegetables stuffing, or a herb and breadcrumbs stuffing.

mike knite A grill pan make really nice stripes on the squid, but if you don't have it you can use a normal pan. Good luck!!
