Absolutely Stunning Collection , thankyou for the Tour ,Video , and the Commentary , I grew up inSouthFlorida and the Owner or Owners of this Collection has done a excellent job of keeping it a Secret from most of the World ,I Congratulate and Respect them for what they have Acheived
These beautiful cars are an investment not just a hobby, the owner is a businessman and these are great business assets to have. The green Doozy and white Rolls are pretty unique and my favorites from the show, hopefully I'll get to see them at Amelia Island or some other classic car show one day.
Lovely cars, I would love to hear more about them, but who was the cretin who planted that music, at that volume, over the recording. I can't watch any more, if I turn the sound down to lose the music, I also lose the narrators voice, idiotic, this vid is supposed to show the beautiful car collection. KILL THE MUSIC or at least reduce the volume significantly!
Wonderful collections, thanks for sharing with us. Like walking through a candy shop, the Cord and Duesenbergs are best I have ever seen. Hope to see them in person sometime.
Please note that this collection IS NOT owned by a drug dealer. The owner was in that other great business, real estate. The cars do come out for Concour events around the country and are shared with the public on a limited bases. The primary reason why the collection is kept secret is the value and security of this value. This isn't uncommon for collectors with this kind of collection. The reality is that without collectors like this, most of the cars like this wouldn't exist anymore at this level even in a museum. The cost to restore and maintain cars like this is beyond what most individuals would be able to afford. They really are works of art.
Absolutely stunning collection of "Icons of Elegance" in a very nice setting, many museums today seem obsessed with clinical white walls in stead of something more retro as these bricks. These cars were the kings on wheels of the roaring twenties, but in 1929, the soap bubble of Wall Street exploded, and several of these companies started to go down or disappeared completely. By the way, does the collection has a Minerva, which was Belgium"s equivalent to the Rolls Royce ? Good choice of music, but unfortunately, the mix with the very interesting and clearly passionated curator should be redone, because sometimes he's hardly understandable.
Would like to have seen that 37 I think black Packard Dietrich. In it's day, it was the choice of those who could afford the best in a mass produced luxury car.
Los autos de colección clásicos que son poco vistos y los mantienen como nuevos a la hora de conducirlos son igual a los actuales y que circulan diario entran a mantenimiento en el país que esten visitando.
It's a very nice museum, and a very nice collection. The owner should open it up to the public. It makes no sense to go to all that expense and not show it off. I doubt that keeping the owner's name and the location secret is much security. People don't make and spend that kind of money without leaving tracks. I bet if someone asked around in the real estate business in South Florida they could easily identify the most successful agents, and also the most likely properties for housing "secret" automotive museums.
Stuff the music, yes. Collection Awesome. I'm so afraid of a natural disaster that destroys these extremely valuable collections that I hope people consider safety and strong buildings to house them. Even move them inland but away from hurricane allays at least.
i agree with most of the comments i thought the intro would never end and the music is terrible and to loud alot of self promoting ruined a potentially good video
Such an opportunity to show off these fabulous cars, but the camera work is crap. for fuck sake....the music inappropriate at times too, and levels all over the place. YOU FIRED!
WOW that music is just the best i did not cone here for the cars at all... how can you even post a video like this and call it about cars ? its only about the music it even sounds like the guy talking is trying to talk over the loudness of the music...
These are some questions on my brain, firstly do the owner maintain these cars by himself or pay a manager who has ability and knowledge about antique cars? How about the security of these cars, why the owner not just show car replicas and hide original ones?
It really bothers me. When people have "private collections." No one cars were built to be driven. And not sitting in some building, only to be seen by a select few. At least open the doors occasionally to share the collection. I have a very small collection of cars that are completely restored except for one that is being built. And I do everything I can to bring in younger kids to the hobby. It's gotten to the point where you can buy 1932 Ford roadster's for half their value. The interest in old hot rods has dropped significantly. When you talk to anybody under 30 years old. You might 1% of the people that are interested or would like to have one in the future. If that trend keeps going in that direction. Huge sections of the car hobby will become obsolete. And great cars will just fade away. And that is really sad.
There's usually a reason for collections being "private". Less chance that you will have to explain where the money came from. Especially when it's Southern Florida.
If it's restored..it's not original... they are only original once and when you restore it... it's not original. I can tell you a couple things you left out about the Cord....
Nice old cars, but all are over restored. You have the feeling that you are not standing in front of a car with history, but in front of perfect replicas
And, this curator is quite irresponsible. Any car collection curator will tell you that it is a no-no to wear anything that would scratch any surface of the car. That ring and watch is most certainly going to gash parts of the cars that comes into contact with them.
shamless, but wont tell their name.wants us to envy them. u,d believe american had no problems,if ya did,nt have first hand experace with southern facism.
Secret car collection. Yeah. Right. There's another term for that. Drug money or money laundering. The back story of fifty years collecting is part of the "story". Nice collection though.
I agree. He should have said, you move the lever to the gear you want, *then* step on the clutch, and the shift takes place. This type of shifter was fairly popular in Europe, but not in the US. For Cord, it was essential, because the transaxle was in front of the engine, not under the floorboards of the passenger compartment. There was no way to run a mechanical shifter lever to it. They had to work out a remote control system of some kind.
Joshua M Why does that matter so much to you? I realize your comment is a year old, but don't let menial things cause such frustrations to the point where your internet rage comes out in the comment section of RUclips.
Joshua M The internet is a medium of entertainment, nothing more. If the curator's lack of knowledge makes you so angry, write the museum, not the comment section of RUclips.
Actually, I want to know what the curator has to say about what's special about each car, as well as getting a good look at each one. They're just pretty piles of sheet metal and castings if you don't know what you're looking at.
The cars are cool, Not my period of choice , I would rather have cars from the late 30's or 40's . So I would rather have the Juke box collection vs the cars
Wow. A car enthusiast video created by people who obviously care more about video elements and self promotion than cars. Facebook reminders, website reminders, "welcome back"graphics over and over... Nice collection, damned shame access was given to you people.
If the owner of this collection has enough money to collect this many unnecessary vehicles then they should be just as well known for helping the homeless, destitute, unfortunate, needy, disabled, poor, despaired, etc. Now that would be a great TV show. I am well off myself and I simply can not stand by and do something like this especially flaunt it on TV while people around me suffer and die everyday without help, food, medical care, and a friend that cares. I get out there and use my wealth and time as it was meant to be used...To help people in need NOT to collect and house things that do nothing for the people around me. Let me know where I can catch the show that this collection owner is on for setting up charities, giving to the needy, and helping the less fortunate.
Maybe he does give millions of dollars to charity, why cant he have his toys. If he was a show off he would be showing his face. Some people only see what they want to see.
Duncan Clarke Why waste the time typing out your senseless rant on RUclips? It's a video about cars and if you want to see people being charitable, go visit another site. Charity is one thing if it's for a good cause, but the homeless, destitute, and unfortunate need to get jobs. Giving something to people, that they didn't earn, weakens them.Next time engage your brain before you click the RUclips icon. Rich people don't owe a damn thing to poor people. You may not like that statement, but it's reality.
@@chrispappas3750 Oh man the hypocrisy in describing a previous comment as a senseless rant, only to go on with a clichéd opinion of the homeless and destitute. But you also suggest the "unfortunate" are undeserving of any aid. What about the wealthy who didn't earn but were given, and whose to say what any rich may owe to any poor? I do suggest it's you that puts your noggin into gear before coming out with any more paradoxical rants.
Extraordinary! The beauty of those cars is incalculable. Ken Baker does an outstanding job as a docent in this presentation.

at around 8mins.. the music is just irritating!!
I find it quite hard to hear the man talk. -.-
The LOUD CRAPPY "music" makes it hard to hear what the guy is saying !
Seria interesante estos autos tenerlos en la calle ..con una produccion...que tenga un toque actualizado....
This video would be great if you just add some really loud music in the background to sort of OVERPOWER the narrator .
Excellent curator, excellent presentation!

A duesenberg?! Holy crap that is one of the rarest antique car brands. I congratulate you on your finds.
Awesome and tasteful collection. I love it.
music is TOO loud
First time viewing CarShowTelevision and loved it....Thanks you for the time spent in producing a great car show also..
Awesome video and beautiful cars. Music doesn't bother me. Thanks for sharing this with us.
When I am finished with college and have a stable job I want to start my own car collection and pass the cars down through the family when I die.
Those cars are amazing.
Please lose the crappy music...ruined the show for me...
yes
Me too- 8 Mins in, and his voice is pushed behind the music in volume. What a waste

If a car has been RESTORED- then, it in NOT ORIGINAL!!

I have the 4th largest wooden spoon collection on my side of town.
Kool, please tell me it's open to the public and not one of these stupid "private collections" that you selfishly keep solely for your own pleasure?
Fantasztikus super!
Can anyone tell me what the beautiful light green car is?
The idea of the video was great. Terrible focused, very loud music on the background
also the Washington plate @ 19:38
Would like to have seen that 37 I think black Packard Dietrich. In it's day, it was the choice of those who could afford the best in a mass produced luxury car.

pause @ 18:59 and run the plate! then you'll know who owns this "private collection"
Fantastic collection..but 1.20 minutes of intro. Thats...rich !!
This has to be Michael Dezer's "private stash" 😎
i happy i found you
4 cars in 20 mins '' WTF ? waste of time!

That music is WAY WAY WAY TOO LOUD.
turn off the music PLEASE
i agree with most of the comments i thought the intro would never end and the music is terrible and to loud alot of self promoting ruined a potentially good video

Just a question, why am I not a billionarie ?
My hartly cars

Великолепный музей!

my acars collections...
Great cars, intro is over done, the underlying music is not good.
The collection is obviously nice, but what a waste if he isn't driving them as designed. He's a wealthy hoarder and nothing more.
+BeverageGuzzler you're a marvelous human being guzzling beverages from many men I'm sure.
Someone got an A in man cave.
put the f. seat back, omg I cant watch it
Can't even hear you with the damn music.

They belong to rush Limbaugh.
I heard the collection belongs to Trump.....
This makes Lenos stuff look like junk
I know who the owner is 🧐
Is this open to the public ?
Live Wire I don’t think so
he should quit leaning on the cars
See boys and girls what you can have when you are a successful drug smuggler :)
Sadly...no young ppl care about cars pre 50's. So those values will tank
So what drug dealer owns this collection.
The curator of the collection has no idea how the pre-selector gearbox on the Cord works.
I agree. He should have said, you move the lever to the gear you want, *then* step on the clutch, and the shift takes place. This type of shifter was fairly popular in Europe, but not in the US.
