I went to McKinney Boyd HS ,(I’m apart of alumni now) and want to say for the first time in schools history to go to state, that’s crazy and want to congratulate them cause we come from a hard area, other bands in same area(Hebron, flowermound,‘Marcus, and others too).

From Oak Ridge I would like to warmly congratulate everyone and humbly say thank you to all. This was my age out year and I mean what a way to end it, every band really raised the bar and put on some phenomenal shows so thank you for making it a year to remember❤. On top of that thank you to my oak ridge band fam for doing such a great job and putting down one of our best shows for sure ❤️Congrats to fellow CISD school on a phenomenal year y’all have grown so much💯Overall just amazing year for band and thank the activity and musicians for a incredible 4 years + experience. Music truly is a powerful thing❤️

Hey, Vandy kid here! The Grid was honestly my favorite show I’ve marched so far, and getting 1st at state was a very pleasant surprise (especially after our 4th place finish at BOA SA). Now I gotta wait 9 months for next marching season 😭😭
Most people thought Hebron (myself included especially after that hot ass trombone solo)would have won so I was surprised y’all won
How do y'all survive a band like that 😭 I mean im in one of the top bands in Illinois but this is fucking crazy.
my brother whose now a senior was one of the saxophone players on the sax and trumpet solo in the 1st part of The Grid for vandergrift so proud of him

Pearland over here, I wanted to say that I had a good start. I’m a freshman, managed to get a spot, got brand new directors, and got 12/13th place at boa and uil finals, which is very good since we haven’t placed that in years, I hope this band continues to be great in coming years

Im a keller kid, and our finals runs at both uil and boa sr were not our finest, but damn am I proud of our show. it's obviously not competition for bands like hebron and vandy, but I think it was decent

I would like to challenge someone (private or organization) that are non hornrank Indiana homers voters but actual judges, educators etc,…to make a Top 50 or Top 100 program list in Texas. I know that too many Dallas Metro, Austin suburbans and Houston proper schools are not represented on this 42 finalist list (these listed area percentage cutoffs are just to competitive) and I’d be interested in a true Top Texas 50-100 (6A-2a) list.
I'm from Wylie High (not East lol). Canyon Echoes was the last show I marched for my senior year. I've graduated now but man am I gonna miss doing this. The field has been a home away from home for four years, and it was the best fun. I'll be for sure going to SA for state this upcoming fall, as a spectator this time though

@DevinCoolGamer hello devin the cool gamer. allow me to explain. i just felt like the shows this year were pretty uninspiring and lacking. i get it takes alot to design a show, the students were great with what they were given. but nothing memorial in the slightest. i liked vista ridge and of course vandergrift
