Is there any moments in the game where the "Crusader Attack" occurs? I'd imagine it'd be in the Saladin campaign but I don't remember ever seeing that happen, since IIRC, all the Saladin missions are offensive sieges as opposed to playing defense.

Saladin's Conquest mission 2: Reynald's Treachery. Crusader "invasion" occurs when the time is very close to end but you didn't destroy Reynald's cathedral yet

Where does this happen?

The same way as in it's predecessor. During campaign missions, at the time where the map creator set it up.
But as most people prefer the original Stronghold for custom maps and play Crusader exclusively for the skirmishes, these events are almost never used in this game.
