While I rated it as average, it's not a place where you will go and be like, oh man, I just wasted my money and now my trip is not going to be as good as planned. You will still be able to enjoy the beautiful beach, the pools and the activities they have in the resort. The biggest disappointment for me was that while it's an all inclusive resort, they have quite a few things on the food menu that are not included. Forget that, even for a latte you have to pay 100 peso because that's not included. For my 1 yr old kid, I went to ask for a cup of milk. The said that this time around we will give it for free, but loving forward you will have to either pay or order room service. If I were asking for a top shelf liqor, this response was appropriate, but for a glass of milk when you clearly see an infant in my arms? Thank you for watching the video!
