i luv these styled homes...the symmetry is astounding
This is modern architecture done right. I can really see myself living in this house. It's not very flashy or flamboyant but it's beautiful enough to stand out. It's also very inviting and welcoming.
This my definition of a dream house.
Absolutely love this.. it's great to see a modern design that doesn't feel... sterilized or something along those lines... All of these modern designs filled with white walls and giant marble slabs with bronze/gold accents has never been my taste. This home however as many others have stated is warm and welcoming. Well done.
This guys know what he's doing. The transition from one material to the other is well though out in every angle. Each space feels perfectly sized. Not too cramped not exaggeratedly large. This house doesn't blow you away but calmly wrapping you within. Very nice.

Absolutely gorgeous. Speaking as an architect, Michael Lee has done an amazing job, perfect materials and tones, lots of light, the overall geometry and aesthetics, love the way the outside and inside are connected, this house is grand, it is modest and most importantly, it is welcoming. Love the large terraces, as i myself prefer more outdoor spaces for gatherings or parties. Thank you for sharing.

Ironically, those rich enough to buy multi-million dollar houses have 1 or 2 kids, while those who have many kids can't afford houses like these.

sometime time i just wondering why poor people have tendencies to have many kids?? whether because its cold and they try to get warm by having sex but don't have enough money to buy condom lol, very ironic life!
Its called choices, and although many people are born into poor conditions, making decisions to keep you financially challenged IS a choice. Having kids costs a lot of money, birth control us cheap

1. It only has peak a boo views of the water plus there's no utility pole around.
2. The price was determined through its comps and location. It's in the Riviera section which means it's only a couple of blocks from the Riviera Country Club. When your house is close to a golf course you pay premium for it.
