Only if all MPs think like how Hon. Allan Bird thinks then I believe PNG will be heading into the right direction. The country NEEDS more people like him.

On point Hon.Governor ESP. The education system of PNG aims at educating citizens for employments which was there for decades tsol nogat wok. The Government needs to look at the issue seriously.

A government being run like a company. Manage the revenue, expense and profit. Increase revenue, reduce expense and produce profit. Our problem is money management. We got big expenses and less revenue. That is the problem. That has to be reversed.

The ESP Governor's debate comments and recommendations must be the business of the Parliament, henceforth, by
Both Government, opposition, and all MPs.
Too much time over the last 20 years wasted on petty issues.
This Government must take it on board and address it where it can within budgetary and planning work plans.

I haven't seen credible government policies tailored to directly address unemployment and inflation. We need quick action in these aspects. It's good to see legislators talking about these issues, which are crucial.

Conservatism coupled with "ignorance " our traditional ingrained attitude that is being carried into and onto the floor of the parliament. That is the reason why we are so and will continue to be into the future . Joblessness, and poverty and eventual transition of our labour resources into cheap peasants to work the rice paddies akin to the case in China but at least for us cooks and cleaners in Asian fast food outlets.
