Also every four or so lines the content of the lyrics seem to change mood which coincides with the change in pitch as when the pitch is low he's talking about how fucked up the drugs have made him (a more darker tone). Whereas when the pitch is high he tends to be talking about how awesome the drugs feel. This constant roller-coaster of peak highs followed by a comedown and then followed by another high is characteristic of the over-abuse of drugs where the user believes the only remedy for a comedown is to simply not stop being high and is ultimately self-destructive.
