- Here's my curly hair routine for curly thick hair. I use any leave in conditioner but always follow it with the curl enhancing smoothie and an oil to seal in the moisture!

I use SheaMoisture Extra-Moisture Detangler after rinsing one of SheaMoisture's masques out of my hair. Beautiful wash & go! I need to practice using the diffuser for my wash & goes.

I have really thick African American hair with major shrinkage! I’ve been trying to do twist outs it never works, I’ve tried doing Bantu knots to stretch the hair still majorly shrunk. My hair is breast length and shrinks up to the top of my ear! I love my natural hair but I’m only able to put it in updo styles and I’m getting bored with it. If you have any advice-👇🏽
