I had to move across state... it was super inconvenient being a single mom, fresh out of college, was lonely, had no friends, no job, etc. but he kept calling occasionally and saying we should be “friends”, but it was obvious he was trying to keep me on the side while he explored other options. But I praise God cause I met my husband in my new town and have been happily married 12 years.
What you will do eventually, you should do immediately. The two hardest things to say in life are hello for the first time and GOODBYE for the last. At some point, you have to realize that some people can stay in your heart but not in your life. Don’t cry because it’s over. Smile because it happened.
To break a soul tie, stop all communication and things that remind you of them. Definitely stop talking about them. However, be gentle with yourself, it takes time. Forgive yourself and the person, it's a great help. Pray and really seek God's word! Have faith & believe that it can be broken when you pray. Just keep moving forward, brighter days are ahead. Just my opinion, I'm not a Dr. That was my process so I could gain peace and mental clarity.

@heynowhey He has a course on his sight called "soul-ties". He talks about how to break it with your child's father on that course. It is still difficult, but if you follow what he says, it definitely makes it easier. My husband and I have 5 children, and I followed what he said. I'm thankful for that course.

This is the truth. His mom and family loved me. So when they call, it was hard for me to ask them to stop because I didn't have any problems with them. I would talk to them and be right back at square one all over again every time. Him and I didn't even break on bad terms, but I love him too much and had to cut contact.

I knew I had to because they would continuously call me from “NO CALLER ID.” I cut off toxic relationships, toxic family members and friends. So yes anyone can get cut off. I moved and feel better. be blessed. when he came back after a year, i should have known he was just coming back to me to practice treating the next one that he actually wants right. now he telling me to go find someone who wants to be stuck to me all the time bc he doesn't, who makes the money i make (which is way less than him), who don't have kids, and has a normal job. He just asked me today, what can i do for him that he can't do for himself. He asked why i never have money (i never told him i don't, or do for that matter). he says we don't work. So, why did he come back in my messages a year after cheating on me with my coworker? Because, what he thought he had in the bag with her, he didn't. He needs to go look again, but have me there to lick his wounds. I nurtured and loved him for somebody else. Being a wife to not even a boyfriend. This is what happens when you are with someone who God did not send for you, whether male or female. You sacrifice your love, for people who only use it to their advantage. You end up trying to fix someone, who only breaks you. You end up with someone the enemy has blessed you with and a soul tie that keeps you shackled. When you look back you say, "what was my love used for?" "what was my sex used for?" "what was my presence and care used for?" "used for" and "valued for" are two separate things. That new person will be valued for everything you taught that person, but that person will never be enough for them, and come running back again. Think on this, when they come back. Stop the cycle before it starts. You stay with them for the sake of not breaking your own heart; you stay on the bike instead of getting scraped up. Let it fall. You'll get back up. God said, "I'm moving them to bless you with better; will you let me elevate you from this?" Nothing was lost there, everything was stolen, and you will be given 100 fold. Turn that loose. That was not the real deal. God has the real deal. This fake prepared you for it. so, thank them for the lessons, and forgive them for misusing your love, and forgive yourself for trying to change them and accepting it. Forgive yourself for sacrificing yourself at someone's disposal. Now, celebrate yourself for the new beginning and the new start with the new knowledge. When you think of them, stop and meditate, listen to a spiritual song, or simply speak "I release this energy to you Lord; give me strength." Crying is releasing and healing. I know your mind is made up about this person, but their mind is made up too. They are going to seek temporary fullfillment with this person. Is it okay for them to go a different direction, if it means you being fullfilled indefinitely? Go to where all of your blessings can be added unto you, and stop leaving the portal open for the enemy to tempt you to sacrifice yourself again. No contact, no open airways. Let the dead bury the dead. No point of re-entry. They will always chase what they found in you, in someone else.
I’ve had a few soul ties, but the last one was the hardest to break and leave behind. My expectations were SO high, they were TOO high! And when God instructed me to separate from him, I had a chance to think over our relationship and exam just how toxic we were! I went through all the grieving phases, but I stayed in anger the longest and I think I went back to it a few times! I was soooo mad at him, but time taught me that I was actually mad at myself for getting involved with him in the first place! The field was covered in RED FLAGS and I justified them because of his title: Pastor. The last time we spoke was his birthday, October 31 and he said something that I hadn’t heard him ever say before. He said, when you go and come back it disrupts my spirit and I can’t take it anymore. Mind you, at one point I would try to break up with him every chance I got, but he wouldn’t let me. (Toxic, I know! But I knew he wasn’t the one and I wrestle with it.) Anyways, those words hit home... hearing that from a man somehow shook me to my core. I’m so used to us women voicing our hurt, to actually hear a man admit you are hurting me... as a child of God, I had to face facts, this wasn’t godly! After a few days of still trying to reason with him and within myself and seeing that he hadn’t changed in a year of being separated, I walked away. Relationships are serious business y’all, we really have to be whole before we get involved with someone else. It’s dangerous if you don’t! But no one tells you that if you’re not looking for answers! Thank God for Tony and others who are spreading knowledge!

They’re beautiful right, they have a swag and charisma but if it was right for us-that imaginary scenario we had when we were younger than you would not be feeling this way. A relationship should not be hard but come naturally. Yes in the beginning I cried more than jt told home girl to cry him a river. But at a point practice self love, work on your goals. They have to find their value and when they do they have to recognize yours. Set your standards. I did a sexual/aura cleanse(can find RUclips videos on it) and I promise you, you will feel a change. Make a gratitude journal, make a vision board, elevate yourself. Tell yourself your the bombdiggity. They will try to come back and I’m not the type to end on bad terms despite what they have done so I am currently debating on meeting with them but all I can say is what you want is attainable. You are exactly right! I left a man because he was narcissistic and very unemotional detached to women as well as ungrateful.This was me a year ago. It took for me to begin blocking on Social Media...then not answering text and phone calls after falling back a few times. I eventually changed my number and even MOVED out the area. It sounds crazy but it was all for the right reasons. I still think of him...but its just that...a thought.. Im much stronger now and I've grown as a woman since then. I feel good about the decisions I've made in order for me to be complete and happy. Within 2 months after me leaving he moved a lady and her kids in with him. Lol good luckbto the both of them. Said my last ‘goodbye’ to my ex not too long ago. The process was tough, but luckily didn’t last as long as I thought it would. Even when you can’t stand the person in the pit of your core, or touch them with a 30 mile pole… soul ties are the hardest to overcome. I had to move across state... it was super inconvenient being a single mom, fresh out of college, was lonely, had no friends, no job, etc. but he kept calling occasionally and saying we should be “friends”, but it was obvious he was trying to keep me on the side while he explored other options. But I praise God cause I met my husband in my new town and have been happily married 12 years.

Forgive yourself and the person, it's a great help. Pray and really seek God's word! Have faith & believe that it can be broken when you pray. Just keep moving forward, brighter days are ahead. Just my opinion, I'm not a Dr. That was my process so I could gain peace and mental clarity.

@heynowhey He has a course on his sight called "soul-ties". He talks about how to break it with your child's father on that course. It is still difficult, but if you follow what he says, it definitely makes it easier. My husband and I have 5 children, and I followed what he said. I'm thankful for that course.

This is the truth. His mom and family loved me. So when they call, it was hard for me to ask them to stop because I didn't have any problems with them. I would talk to them and be right back at square one all over again every time. Him and I didn't even break on bad terms, but I love him too much and had to cut contact.

I changed my number back in June after having my previous number for 4 years. I’m great at dropping people like a bad habit. I was feeling a way after changing my number though. I knew I had to because they would continuously call me from “NO CALLER ID.” I cut off toxic relationships, toxic family members and friends. So yes anyone can get cut off.

when he came back after a year, i should have known he was just coming back to me to practice treating the next one that he actually wants right. now he telling me to go find someone who wants to be stuck to me all the time bc he doesn't, who makes the money i make (which is way less than him), who don't have kids, and has a normal job. He just asked me today, what can i do for him that he can't do for himself. He asked why i never have money (i never told him i don't, or do for that matter). he says we don't work. So, why did he come back in my messages a year after cheating on me with my coworker? Because, what he thought he had in the bag with her, he didn't. He needs to go look again, but have me there to lick his wounds. I nurtured and loved him for somebody else. Being a wife to not even a boyfriend. This is what happens when you are with someone who God did not send for you, whether male or female. You sacrifice your love, for people who only use it to their advantage. You end up trying to fix someone, who only breaks you. You end up with someone the enemy has blessed you with and a soul tie that keeps you shackled. When you look back you say, "what was my love used for?" "what was my sex used for?" "what was my presence and care used for?" "used for" and "valued for" are two separate things. That new person will be valued for everything you taught that person, but that person will never be enough for them, and come running back again. Think on this, when they come back. Stop the cycle before it starts. You stay with them for the sake of not breaking your own heart; you stay on the bike instead of getting scraped up. Let it fall. You'll get back up. Go to where all of your blessings can be added unto you, and stop leaving the portal open for the enemy to tempt you to sacrifice yourself again. No contact, no open airways. I’ve had a few soul ties, but the last one was the hardest to break and leave behind. My expectations were SO high, they were TOO high! And when God instructed me to separate from him, I had a chance to think over our relationship and exam just how toxic we were! I went through all the grieving phases, but I stayed in anger the longest and I think I went back to it a few times! I was soooo mad at him, but time taught me that I was actually mad at myself for getting involved with him in the first place! The field was covered in RED FLAGS and I justified them because of his title: Pastor. The last time we spoke was his birthday, October 31 and he said something that I hadn’t heard him ever say before. He said, when you go and come back it disrupts my spirit and I can’t take it anymore. Mind you, at one point I would try to break up with him every chance I got, but he wouldn’t let me. (Toxic, I know! But I knew he wasn’t the one and I wrestle with it.) Anyways, those words hit home... hearing that from a man somehow shook me to my core. I’m so used to us women voicing our hurt, to actually hear a man admit you are hurting me... as a child of God, I had to face facts, this wasn’t godly! After a few days of still trying to reason with him and within myself and seeing that he hadn’t changed in a year of being separated, I walked away. Relationships are serious business y’all, we really have to be whole before we get involved with someone else. It’s dangerous if you don’t! But no one tells you that if you’re not looking for answers! Thank God for Tony and others who are spreading knowledge!

They’re beautiful right, they have a swag and charisma but if it was right for us-that imaginary scenario we had when we were younger than you would not be feeling this way. A relationship should not be hard but come naturally. Yes in the beginning I cried more than jt told home girl to cry him a river. But at a point practice self love, work on your goals. They have to find their value and when they do they have to recognize yours. Set your standards. I did a sexual/aura cleanse(can find RUclips videos on it) and I promise you, you will feel a change. Make a gratitude journal, make a vision board, elevate yourself. Tell yourself your the bombdiggity. They will try to come back and I’m not the type to end on bad terms despite what they have done so I am currently debating on meeting with them but all I can say is what you want is attainable. It’s just the way your mind is set. It is bigger than them.

You are exactly right! I left a man because he was narcissistic and very unemotional detached to women as well as ungrateful.This was me a year ago. It took for me to begin blocking on Social Media...then not answering text and phone calls after falling back a few times. I eventually changed my number and even MOVED out the area. It sounds crazy but it was all for the right reasons. I still think of him...but its just that...a thought.. Im much stronger now and I've grown as a woman since then. I feel good about the decisions I've made in order for me to be complete and happy. Within 2 months after me leaving he moved a lady and her kids in with him. Lol good luckbto the both of them. Me too but I didn’t change my number, I blocked, and I jumped up and moved . I’ve been in my place for 19 years and he knew that . So I had several thousand dollars saved, so first and last month wasn’t no problem. I just bought a house . I don’t follow him social media nor his friends and family. I feel so good now my energy has sky rocket 🚀. I also prayed to God !! God has help me a lot in this healing process. I'm learning and trying to stay away. We were in a situationship for almost two years. He moved back home(2hrs away) and I went to visit him. Said my last ‘goodbye’ to my ex not too long ago. The process was tough, but luckily didn’t last as long as I thought it would. Even when you can’t stand the person in the pit of your core, or touch them with a 30 mile pole… soul ties are the hardest to overcome. Today is the first day I’ve ever watched your video for the past months I’ve been doing these things..I told my ex (my daughters father (shes 9 months) that I didn’t wanna see him anymore and for months my oldest child has been the middle person taking the baby outside doing whatever it takes for me not to see him yesterday he made me feel crazy for not seeing him how mean I am how hurtful I am so today when he came to bring her some things I let him in my home…. Boy I wish I didn’t all these feelings that I thought were gone came rushing back and I hurt all over again … later today he told me he’s moved on and is in love so that hurt intensified… so now I’m back 5 steps. After watching this I feel validated for what I had been doing and texted him my boundaries I have to get the old me back and this is the only way .. thanks for the conformation that I had been doing things right all along
