Depends on the time of the year. I booked a "cool corner room" in March 2020 for €293 per night. This was a bit of a teaser rate because the hotel had just opened. Then COVID came and I got a voucher which I used in June 2021. By then the rate had already doubled. So that's almost €600 per night, which I would not have booked without the voucher. Thanks to my Marriott Bonvoy Platinum status I got upgraded to a "fantastic suite" which retails at over €900 per night. The voucher they gave me also included a free night. Long story short: I paid €881 in cash and got almost €4000 in value. Not a bad deal ;-)
