I too have just discovered Aaron Blaise. I am 65 years old and have been an illustrator/painter for over 45 years. This man has a natural gift for commuicating clearly and showing precisely HOW he gets his amazing results. And above that he inspires as he teaches...and not intentionally...but you can just feel his own excitement about the process or the journey he takes within each piece he is creating. I feel fortunate to have stumbled across him in looking over the Wacom facebook page. It is hard to inspire and old guy like me...but this guy has succeeded. Thank you Aaron.

...and he is the only one who has made me think that I might try Photoshop again as opposed to using only Corel Painter

Aaron, how can I get that beautiful brush you used? The one that you can't remember if you made it or not? When you first start painting the brown colors. That one.

This trick sure is awesome! I've been using something similar now and then for a few years, except I usually add some noise to it before I start smudging. It's really great and makes creating all kinds of fur a lot easier. I mostly use it for speedpaintings. Anyway, thank you so much for all your videos, Aaron! Love them!

Awesome :D Wacom products are excellent but if people are just getting started I would also recommend Monoprice - they're cheaper but also really good, because Wacom's range of smaller/cheaper tabets has pretty much disappeared. But once you get past your beginner stages, I'd say Wacom is the way to go :D thank you for this Aaron! Look forward to the next one and glad you had a good time :)

Did you go to an animation school? I am going to a state college and I am getting a Bachelor of Fine Arts with a focus of graphic design because that is the closest thing to animation and my dream is to work at a movie studio and possibly end up at Disney. I was just wondering if I could still have the opportunity to get an animation maybe in character design with a graphic design focus degree. Thanks!
