@@ethanaernouts9966literally the only thing that saved my sanity omg I’ve been fighting my couch for days you’re a saint 😂 been lifting the other piece 😅
Same, it’s a spring cause the claw doesn’t snug into the other couch. Why I’m searching RUclips. My guess either tighten it or just buy replacement piece. It’s just Phillip head wood screws to replace the part. Good luck!
This video would be helpful except my pegs glide right over the top of the locking mechanism… it’s as if they’re too short….. IDK but I’m about to have a rage stroke trying to connect this fucking thing. I’m so sick of it always having a gap. I could honestly scream.
0:47 who else replayed this about 12 times and still has a whole ass couch in their living room
For anyone watching this: pull the section up an inch if it doesn't unhook lift the other side
Lift what? How do you reach it? Would have been nice to see with the exploded view going both ways.
Common sense bud
Lift the couch. Not the end you’re trying to move, the side that it’s connected to.
Why do you have to find the prong before you lift the couch?
@pigwing22 more fun - like where's Wally.

How did u take a loose ur sectional recliner Manchester
Thanks for posting this! Helped me get my RH cloud sectional apart easily.
Hi - i was selling my corner sofa and until i found this video i couldn't take it apart. Thank you!
To the point.. Amazing.. Connected my sectional in 5 minutes
Question: did you have to add the connectors to your couch?
Any suggestions on reading labels to put the cushion covers back on the right cushions after washing
Is not possible to understand how disconnect, can you please by more specific?
I have this same connection for my couch but whenever I sit on the couch it disconnects
lose some weight?

Our sectional was moved (workmen!!) and when it was put back together one of the connectors is loose and I don’t know how to tighten it.

Thank you! I was lifting the L part and not the sofa itself!!
To the point.! Thanks just fixed my Costco sectional
thank you- to the point!
Thanks I just helped my dad take apart the couch
What can you do if the connector broke off?
If you reach out to us or your original retailer, we can send you a replacement connector with instructions to change it out.
Thank you! Now if someone created a connector you don't need 2 people to disconnect. I know I'm going to wreck one side of my sectional connector.
Thank you!
But I don’t see a prong on mines
Thank you!!
Thank you sm
What’s the song? Love it
It is in the discription
I have the same Connection in my butt whenever I sit on the couch I have to get disconnected

This suggest release of lifting cause the nail that supported the latch to break off into the couch. Thanks for nothing.
Do I just pull up the one side is that all it is? anyone.
Correct. Just lift up the piece of furniture on the side where the sectional connector is located.
Dumbest video I have ever seen that points to a prong but does not show the action for taking it apart.
